Preschool Martial Arts (Ages
3-5)

This program helps preschool aged children develop coordination, confidence, and respect while burning energy, learning self-defense, and having a good time.

Kids Martial Arts (Ages 5-12)
In our Kids Martial Arts program, children not only learn
self-defense in a fun and exciting way, but they also learn
to concentrate and focus, which will help them in school.
These classes teach children to avoid conflict, set goals, respect, and teamwork. Meanwhile, children develop higher self-esteem, positive attitudes, and a Can-Do attitude.

Adult Martial Arts
These classes not only teach traditional Taekwondo to
adults, but they are a way to promote self-esteem and
feeling of well-being. In our Martial Arts classes students
will learn self-defense while developing respect,
confidence, leadership, and concentration. Tae
Kwon Do will also help improve heart rate, flexibility,
strength, agility, and coordination.
Classes include the following training: Taekwondo, Fitness, Sparring Drills, Judo, Gun & Knife Defense, Self Defense, and Weapons training.
